By using HIMMA you agree to these terms. Please read them — especially the health disclaimer and the community rules.
1. Not medical advice
HIMMA provides general fitness and nutrition guidance for information only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor. Consult a physician before starting any program, especially if you have an injury or medical condition. You train at your own risk.
2. Your account & conduct
You are responsible for content you post. Prohibited: nudity/sexual content, violence, harassment, hate, and spam. We use automated and human review, and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour: reported content is reviewed and removed, and offending users are ejected, within 24 hours. You can report content and block users at any time.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Pro is a paid auto-renewing subscription billed through the Apple App Store. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel anytime from your Apple ID account settings, and cancelling stops the next renewal.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a limited licence to display it within the app to deliver the service. You may delete your content and account at any time.
5. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from use of the app or reliance on its guidance.
6. Governing law
